We've got your back during Hurricane & Storm Season
(June 1 - November 30)
Pre-Storm Preparation includes moving patio furniture inside, closing shutters, and photo documentation of your home.
Once the storm has passed and it is safe to return, our Post-Storm Inspection includes a photo and video documented report, opening of shutters and meeting with contractors as needed.
Our Interior Checklist
- Check air conditioning system for operation
- Check air filters and replace per client’s specific instructions
- Check refrigerators, freezers and ice makers
- Add vinegar or drain line cleaner to the AC outflow pipe
- Check for evidence of mold, mildew, or unusual odors
- Check windows, doors, and all interior lighting
- Run water in sinks, tubs, toilets, and check for leaks
- Visual check for obvious insect or rodent issues
- Check ceilings for leaks
- Security System operation
- Check and test smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors (replace batteries as needed)
- Check inside circuit breakers in house or garage for tripped breakers
- Check all vehicles for leaks, tires, and other abnormal conditions
- Check the vehicle battery maintainers' status
